Peptide tracker questions, answered.
The questions people ask about the Peppy peptide tracker app, answered in one place. For step-by-step instructions, see the help centre.
- What is Peppy?
- Peppy is a peptide tracker app and GLP-1 tracker for iPhone. You enter your vial, the water you mixed it with and the dose your provider gave you. Peppy shows that dose in the units on your syringe, reminds you when each dose is due, counts down what is left in the vial, and keeps a history of your doses, injection sites, weight and side effects.* Read more.
- How do I enter my dose?
- Enter the vial strength in mg, the bacteriostatic water you added in mL and the dose your provider gave you, in mg or mcg. Picking a peptide from the library may pre-fill common starting values as placeholders to save typing; they are not recommendations, so check and change them to match what your provider gave you. Peppy shows that dose on a 0.3, 0.5, 1 or 3 mL syringe so you can draw it, and warns if a number cannot be right, like a dose the syringe cannot hold. It works for powder you mix yourself and for pre-mixed vials.* See the steps.
- Does Peppy tell me what to take?
- No. Peppy never recommends a peptide, a dose or a schedule. It records and tracks the numbers you give it, for your own organization. It is not medical advice, and every dose should be confirmed with a licensed healthcare provider. Read more.
- Which peptides can I track?
- The peptide library holds 45 peptides and blends across metabolic, growth, recovery, longevity and other categories, and you can add anything else as a custom entry. Powder you reconstitute and pre-mixed liquid are both handled. Read more.
- Can I use Peppy as a GLP-1 tracker?
- Yes. A GLP-1 peptide such as semaglutide or tirzepatide is tracked like any other peptide in Peppy: enter the vial and the dose your provider gave you, and Peppy reminds you when each dose is due, counts down what is left in the vial, rotates your injection sites and charts your weight against your goal. It works for powder you reconstitute and for pre-mixed vials, and anything not in the library can be added as a custom entry.* See the GLP-1 tracker.
- Can the peptide tracker follow a titration schedule or a cycle?
- Yes. Keep one fixed dose, or build a ladder of steps and Peppy tells you when the next step is due. You can also give a protocol an end date or an on and off cycle. See how it works.
- Is my data private?
- Your entries are stored on your iPhone and, if you are signed in to iCloud, backed up to your own private iCloud account, which we cannot read. There is no account and no sign-up. We do collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app; they never include your peptides, doses, weight or symptoms. Read more.
- How much does the peptide app cost?
- Peppy is free to start: the free version covers one peptide with its reminders and dose log. Peppy Premium adds unlimited peptides, the full Track history and Progress, with a 7-day free trial and then $39.99 a year (US App Store price). You can cancel at any time in your App Store settings. See pricing.
- Which devices does it run on?
- Peppy is made for iPhone and needs iOS 17 or later. It includes Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Read more.
- How do I delete my data?
- Everything you enter belongs to you and stays under your control: delete entries in the app, remove the app, and clear its iCloud backup from your iPhone's Settings. See the steps.
