What Peppy is
Peppy is a tracker for people who use peptides or GLP-1 peptides under the care of a healthcare provider. You enter your vial, the water you mixed it with and the dose your provider gave you. Peppy shows that dose in the units on your syringe, reminds you when each dose is due, counts down what is left in the vial, rotates your injection sites, and keeps a history of doses, weight and side effects that you can bring to an appointment.
It is listed on the App Store as Peppy: GLP1 & Peptide Tracker, where it is rated 4.7 from 86 ratings. It runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. See it on the App Store.
What Peppy is not
Peppy is not a medical device and not a source of medical advice. It never recommends a peptide, a dose or a schedule; any value the library pre-fills is a placeholder to check and change, not a recommendation. It records and displays the values you enter, for your own organization. Every dose and unit should be confirmed with a licensed healthcare provider before you act on it.
How it is built
- No account. There is nothing to sign up for. Open the app and start.
- Your data stays yours. Everything you track is stored on your iPhone and, if you are signed in to iCloud, backed up to your own private iCloud account, which we cannot read. We have no servers holding your health data.
- Honest about analytics. We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. They never include your peptides, doses, weight or symptoms. The Privacy Policy lists every service the app includes.
- Free to start. The free version covers one peptide with its reminders and dose log. Peppy Premium adds unlimited peptides, the full history and Progress, with a 7-day free trial and then $39.99 a year. What is free and what Premium adds.
