User Data Deletion

My Peppy is private by default. Your health information, the peptides you track, doses, schedules, weight, injection sites, symptom check-ins and notes, is stored on your device, and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud account so it can sync across your Apple devices. There is no account and no sign-up, and your health data is never uploaded to our servers, we cannot see or access your iCloud data.
The only information that leaves your device is a limited amount of non-health data: an anonymous subscription identifier held by our payments provider (RevenueCat), and standard app-install and usage events shared with Meta to measure our advertising. None of this includes your health or tracking data.
1. Delete data yourself, instantly
- Open the App and delete individual entries at any time. If iCloud sync is on, deleting an entry also removes it from your iCloud account and your other devices.
- Remove the App from your device, which deletes the local data stored on it.
- To remove the copy held in iCloud, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storageon your device and delete My Peppy's data, or turn off iCloud for My Peppy.
2. Request a data deletion
If you would like us to delete any data associated with you, including your anonymous subscription identifier and any advertising or analytics data linked to your device, or you have questions about deletion, please email support@automationlaunchpad.com. We will process verified requests and confirm once complete, generally within 30 days.
