Pricing questions, answered.
- Is the peptide tracker free?
- Yes, to start. The free version covers one peptide, including its reminders and dose log, for as long as you like. Peppy Premium is the upgrade for more than one peptide, the full history and Progress.
- How does the free trial work?
- Peppy Premium begins with a 7-day free trial. You are charged $39.99 for the first year when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The app shows the trial and the price before you confirm.
- How much is Peppy Premium?
- $39.99 a year, after the 7-day free trial. That is the US App Store price; Apple sets the price for other countries, and the app shows your exact price before you confirm.
- How do I cancel?
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Peppy and turn off auto-renew. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Can I restore Premium on a new iPhone?
- Yes. On a new or reinstalled iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account, tap Already a user of Peppy? when the app opens. Peppy checks with Apple for your purchase and unlocks Premium again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
