Help centre / Does Peppy tell me what to take?
No, and by design
Peppy never recommends a peptide, a dose or a schedule. When you set up a peptide, you enter the vial strength, the water you added and the dose your provider gave you. If you picked it from the library, some fields may start with common values as placeholders; they are not a recommendation, and you must check and change them to what your provider gave you. Peppy shows that dose in the units on your syringe and reminds you of it. That is the whole job.
What the warnings mean
If a number cannot be right, such as a dose the syringe cannot hold, Peppy flags it so you can check it. A warning, or the absence of one, is not medical clearance. The numbers come from your provider, and the responsibility for checking them with your provider stays with you.
The library
The library lets you pick a peptide by name so you do not have to type it. Picking a peptide may pre-fill common starting values, such as a vial size, an amount of water, a dose or a cadence, to save typing. They are placeholders drawn from the public sources listed in the app, not a recommendation; check and change them to match what your provider gave you. A warning when a value falls outside a published range, or the absence of one, is not medical clearance.
