A fixed dose
The simplest schedule: one dose, repeated on the days and at the time you choose. Most people start here.
A titration ladder
If your provider steps your dose up or down over time, enter each step as its own rung: the dose and when it starts. Peppy reminds you when the next step is coming up and logs each dose at the amount that applied on that day. Peppy never proposes the steps; enter exactly what your provider gave you.
An end date
Give a protocol an end date and Peppy stops reminding you after it. The history stays in Track.
An on and off cycle
For a protocol that runs for a period and then pauses, set the on and off lengths. Peppy reminds you during the on period and goes quiet during the off period.
Change a schedule later
Open the peptide, edit the schedule and save. Reminders are rebuilt from the new schedule. Doses you already logged are not changed.
