Log a dose
- When a dose is due, open Peppy. The Home screen shows a countdown to the next dose and today's doses.
- Tap the dose to log it.
- Tap the place on the body map where you injected. Peppy marks the sites you have used and highlights the ones that have rested, with a suggestion for where to go next.
- Save. The dose, the time and the site are added to your history, and the vial's remaining amount and doses left are updated.
How site rotation works
Peppy keeps one map of injection sites across all your peptides, so a site used for one peptide counts as used for the others too. Each time you log a dose it shows which sites have had the longest rest and suggests one of them. The suggestion is only a record of where you have and have not injected; where you inject is between you and your provider.
Correct a logged dose
Open the Track tab, find the entry in the calendar, tap the three dots beside it and delete it, then log the dose again. The vial's remaining amount is recalculated from the doses that remain.
