Where your data lives
Peppy has no account and no sign-up. Your peptides, vials, doses, schedules, injection sites, weigh-ins, side-effect check-ins and notes are saved on your iPhone, so the app works with or without an internet connection.
iCloud backup
When your iPhone is signed in to iCloud and iCloud is enabled for Peppy, the app copies your entries to your own private iCloud database. The copy lives in your Apple Account, not on our servers, and we cannot access, read or retrieve it. To turn the backup off, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, and switch Peppy off.
Move to a new iPhone
- Sign the new iPhone in to the same Apple Account, with iCloud on.
- Install Peppy from the App Store.
- When the app opens, tap Already a user of Peppy?. Your entries are restored from your iCloud backup and setup is skipped. If you had Premium, it is restored from Apple at the same time.
Delete your data
Because the data is yours, deleting it is in your hands: delete entries in the app, delete the app, and clear its iCloud backup from your iPhone's Settings. The steps are on the page about your data and how to delete it.
